Your new company A global service provider to the leisure industry based in London. Your new role As an EA to the COO, your duties will include: Assist with diary management, including scheduling and meeting preparation Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries for regular business trips Assist with coordination of internal events such as dinners/celebrations, company town halls, away days and conferences Produce reports, letters and presentations on software packages for various team members Deal with invoices and raising POs Process cash and credit card expenses Take meeting minutes when required Provide holiday cover for the Executive Assistants Liaising and coordinating projects on the MD’s behalf, both managing directly and / or acting as a conduit to gather information from others Carry out various ad hoc duties as and when necessary Skills Required Proven track record of working as an Executive Assistant at a senior level Good technical knowledge of Outlook Good technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes Experience of organising international travel and visas What you\’ll get in return A competitive basic salary plus an excellent bonus and benefits package.
