We are recruiting a senior End-to-End Solution Architect to lead the design of complex, high-value solutions for large enterprise customers. This role sits at the heart of pre-sales and commercial activity, owning solution definition from first engagement through to contract signature and transition into delivery. You will act as the solution owner for large, multi-service opportunities, working closely with customers (including C-suite stakeholders), sales, commercial teams, and delivery leaders to create compelling, deliverable, and profitable solutions.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Extensive experience in a senior pre-sales or solution architecture role within a large professional services or technology organisation.
  • Proven track record of designing and owning complex, multi-service enterprise solutions.
  • Strong experience with effort estimation, staffing pyramids, delivery models, and productivity assumptions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal leaders and customer executives.
  • Confident presenter, comfortable leading solution discussions and customer orals.

Desirable:

  • Experience in large-scale outsourcing or managed services.
