This role is to join the team in designing, developing, and authoring high-quality training content. This role supports learners working on innovation projects across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. You\'ll likely have experience supporting professionals in continuing development or qualification pathways. Our learners are highly motivated, degree-educated, and accustomed to both online and face-to-face learning environments. They value open, collaborative engagement-and so do we. Our learners are at the forefront of innovation, working on transformative projects that span sectors. Your work will help equip them with the skills and knowledge to drive meaningful change.
The role
*Designing engaging and effective training workshops
*Creating learning materials in written, audio, and visual formats
*Collaborating with learners to scope, refine, and evaluate content*Working with subject-matter experts to refine and tailor content
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
*Confident use of internet tools for research and referencing
*Strong teamwork and remote collaboration skills
*Excellent time management and self-motivation
*Knowledge of building content for any online delivery format/platform would be helpful - no specific platform - e.g. Blackboard, Coursera, FutureLearn, Google Classroom, Moodle etc.
*Currently no e-learning delivery platform yet. Initial delivery of material will be via Teams and OneDrive.
*Experience with digital learning content creation tools
*You will have at least 5 years\' experience in E-Learning
