An exciting opportunity has arisen with a high-profile client based in the Bristol/Bath region that is going through a period of digital change. They have embarked upon a number of large and complex technology transformation initiatives, notably within the Dynamics 365 space, and are seeking a seasoned, confident and reliable Vendor Coordination Lead to assist their teams.
We expect the successful professional to adopt this role to have demonstrable experience supporting in a D365 transformation environment. You will be the bridge between the business and a number of software vendors that are feeding into the programme of work. You will work effectively in the in-house teams and third parties to ensure alignment between the roadmaps and ensure compatibility/readiness of proposed solutions.
You will:
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Manage the compatibility matrix for the D365 transformation
- Liaise effectively with third-party suppliers and the business for changes to the proposed roadmaps
- Identify risks and issues regarding the overarching implementation as appropriate
Prior experience supporting in a D365 implementation is required, along with a strong understanding of third-party supplier management and technical understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and integration roadmaps. The ability to manage multiple suppliers and associate roadmaps/timelines, as well as managing a number of priorities and changing demands, is essential.
