We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Adviser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
