What you'll need to succeed: Ambition and drive, with a desire to progress and make an impact. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across teams. Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse data and spot trends. Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Interest in improving systems, processes, and ways of working (including technology and automation). Hands-on approach and a strong work ethic.
Additional experience that would be beneficial: Experience of Fasteners & Fixings and/or Engineering Consumables. Background in warehouse, operations, logistics, or a fast-paced environment. Experience working with ERP systems or stock management tools.
