This is a great opportunity to work for an award winning wholesaler that supplies their products around Europe and the UK. This company is a family run business trading for 40 years and has gained a superb reputation. This company is in a great location with attractive luxury offices.

This is a full time permanent position. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8-5 with an hour for lunch. Salary is circa £29k plus bonus.

As Sales Support Administrator you will provide support to the sales rep portfolio of customers in NI, ROI & GB. Duties include:

  • Providing administration support to sales reps
  • Phoning loyal customers to generate repeat orders
  • Taking customers orders and processing customer orders onto computer system
  • Answering queries from customers in relation to products, pricing, deliveries, availability of product
  • Liaising with customers in relation to product specs
  • Informing rep of any issues relating to customer accounts, potential product lines that could be introduced
  • Identifying potential new customers for rep to follow up

You will have one year's experience in a similar role.
