Overview
In this senior role you will lead the Maintenance Department for a fast-growing FMCG food producer, shaping how assets are maintained and expanded to support growth. You will drive project planning, recruit and manage a multi-skilled team, and oversee contractor selection to ensure safe, efficient maintenance across site assets. The role focuses on improving OEE, enforcing audit and safety standards, and delivering future-capacity initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to enable scalable production and reliability.
