This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction recruitment professional to step into one of Scotland's most established and strategically important markets. As part of our Scotland Construction practice, you will be partnering with a broad portfolio of recognised organisations across the built environment, including major contractors, leading consultancies, housebuilders, specialist subcontractors, and highâgrowth SMEs.

In this position, you will:
- Partner with clients and candidates across Scotland's construction sector
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Lead strategic hiring conversations and influence decisionâmaking at senior levels
- Identify, assess and engage top talent using advanced recruitment tools and an industryâleading CRM
- Oversee the full recruitment process from shortlist to offer and onboarding
