Your new role involves designing, leading and optimising the organisation's logistics and transport function to improve delivery performance, increase operational control and drive cost efficiency. This role plays a key part in reviewing and reshaping the current logistics operating model, including outsourced arrangements, and implementing a scalable solution aligned to project-based, multi-site delivery. You will work closely with commercial, operational and installation teams to improve on-time, in-full delivery, customer experience and margin performance.
What you'll need to succeed: You will have proven experience in logistics or transport management within a manufacturing, construction or project-based delivery environment. You'll bring a strong track record of improving underperforming logistics operations, managing third-party providers, and implementing systems, processes and KPIs.
