Job Description\ N Your new company\ N We are working with a well-established housing organisation seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on an initial one-month contract, with the possibility of extension.Your new role\ N
Managing a designated housing management patch\ N Delivering a high-quality tenancy management service\ N Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections\ N Investigating anti-social behaviour cases and tenancy breaches\ N Managing neighbour disputes and supporting tenancy sustainment\ N Monitoring rent accounts and working alongside income teams to address arrears\ N Supporting tenants witha range of housing-related queries and issues\ N Liaising with internal departments and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for customers\ N Ensuring compliance with housing policies and procedures\ N
What you'll need to succeed\ N
Previous HousingOfficer experience within a Housing Association or Local Authority\ N Strong knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislation\ N Experience managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy-related cases\ N Excellent communicationand customer service skills\ N Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload\ N Full UK driving licenceand access to a vehicle would be advantageous\ N
