Your new role
As the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of stonework and façade installation packages on major projects. You will:
- Lead site teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Manage subcontractors, logistics, and sequencing to maintain programme targets.
- Champion high standards of quality, workmanship, and health & safety.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and design teams to resolve issues and drive progress.
- Provide weekly site reporting and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
This role will involve weekly travel to sites across the UK, with the support of a strong management team and well‑structured project delivery processes behind you.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction — stonework, cladding, façades, or external envelope experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and maintain client relationships.
- A solid understanding of site health & safety and quality control.
- The flexibility and willingness to travel to various projects weekly.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
