Your new role

As a Contracts Manager, you will take the lead in managing an NEC contract, ensuring day-to-day administration and compliance. You’ll oversee resources to deliver responsive repairs, manage KPIs, and maintain strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include preparing cost-value analyses, supporting claims and variations, certifying invoices, and monitoring budgets. This is a hands-on role where you’ll attend meetings, provide monthly reports, and drive operational success.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • A degree in Construction, Commercial Management, or equivalent.
  • NEC accreditation or demonstrable NEC4 contract management experience (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB).
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing contracts with annual turnover between £2m–£5m+.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and commitment to health & safety standards.
  • Access NI clearance (processed during onboarding).
