Your new role
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple fit‑out and refurbishment projects from pre‑construction through to completion. You will manage project teams, supervise Site Managers, ensure programme and cost targets are met, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Managing multiple live projects across NI/ROI to meet programme, budget and quality targets
- Leading project planning, resourcing, risk management and commercial reporting
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams and stakeholders
- Supporting tendering, programming and project strategy during early stages

What you'll need to succeed
