Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their Dundee office and play a key role in supporting the growth of their Building Surveying team across the Tayside region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Chartered Surveyor looking to take on a varied workload, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of a respected professional practice.
Your new roleAs a Senior Building Surveyor, you will undertake a broad range of building surveying services for a diverse client base while supporting the continued development of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a full range of professional Building Surveying servicesManaging projects from inception through to completionBuilding and developing existing client relationships while helping to identify new business opportunitiesEnsuring services are delivered in line with agreed client requirements and reporting standardsMentoring and supporting graduate and recently qualified surveyorsProducing high-quality reports and professional advice for clientsManaging workloads effectively to meet project deadlines and service level agreementsWorking closely with colleagues across multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent client outcomesSupporting the growth and development of the business across Dundee and the wider Tayside regionWhat you'll need to succeedA relevant Building Surveying degreeMRICS qualificationPrevious experience working within a Building Surveying practiceStrong technical Building Surveying knowledge across professional and project-based workExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesExperience mentoring junior members of staffA proactive and commercial approach to delivering client servicesStrong communication and report-writing skillsWillingness to travel across the Tayside region as requiredWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
