An Interim/Temporary Disrepair Surveyor job based in Redditch
Your new company
Hays are delighted to be working alongside our local authority client in recruiting a Disrepair Surveyor on an interim/temporary basis, for an initial period of three months with the potential for extension, to be based from their offices in Redditch.
Your new role
Your new role will oversee surveys of residential/domestic properties to inspect issues of disrepair, identifying the root cause of issues and complete schedules of works to detail the required work needed to fix these issues.
What you’ll need to succeed
You should be an experienced Disrepair/Building Surveyor with experience in inspections/surveys of residential and domestic properties. Qualified/MRICS would be desirable but isn’t absolutely essential. You should be available to start before Christmas with the assignment continuing through into the new year.
What you’ll get in return
In return you will receive an hourly rate of between £30 – £35 per hour.
