You will work for a leading construction consultancy based in Nottinghamshire. They operate globally and have a strong presence across the UK, and offer cost management, building surveying, project management and advisory services.
Your new role
You will work as a Director based in their Nottingham team, leading on projects across a wealth of sectors, including public sector, residential, higher education, retail and infrastructure. You will support in the management of a team, as well as work in a client-facing role. You will be overseeing and optimising the financial operations of the cost management team you sit in.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a senior level role within a Quantity Surveying/cost management sector, working with both pre and post contract work, as well as experience in a consultancy based role. You will be keen to expand business, as well as maintain the well established relationships with existing clients. You will be a professional that seeks progression, ambition and success. You will be MRICS qualified or equivalent, and be happy to work for a leading business.
