About the Role
As a Digital Workplace Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and deliver smart, user-focused digital solutions. You'll be instrumental in driving the adoption of modern workplace tools and enhancing operational efficiency through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and user stories
- Design and implement digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Support and enhance existing systems and tools
- Lead small-scale digital projects and contribute to larger transformation initiatives
- Promote digital adoption and best practices across the organisation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a business analyst or similar IT role
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis or similar qualification
- Experience working in agile environments is desirable.
