Are you a dynamic digital marketing professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation, looking for your next opportunity? Due to organic business growth, I am proud to be working in partnership with a commercial organisation who are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and contribute to their continued success. You will manage a small marketing team and report to the Sales & Marketing Director and work closely with the sales team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Take overall responsibility for their marketing strategy and execution.
- Drive key projects outlined in their business strategy.
- This is a hands-on role, so you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day marketing tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong digital marketing skills within a commercial B2B environment.
- Possess an excellent understanding of marketing principles, preferably CIM qualified.
- A strong grasp of website user journey experience.
- Proficient in digital marketing and SEO.
- Proven experience in commercial marketing, including lead generation and conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates creative flair and the ability to create brand value.
- Experience of using CRM systems and their integration with marketing activities.
- Experience using Google Analytics and being able to interrogate the data.

- Previous experience promoting construction-related products.
