The predicted salary is between 15.37 - 15.37 £ per hour.

Your new company is a recycling waste management company, ideally located in Exeter or offering remote work for the right person. The working hours are Monday to Friday, totalling 37.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of £15.37 per hour PAYE.

Your new role involves:

  • Taking the lead on ad-hoc HR data requests, gathering, manipulating, analysing, and presenting data as required.
  • Using Excel extensively to manipulate, reconcile, analyse, and validate HR data, producing accurate outputs.
  • Providing support to payroll processes, ensuring starters, leavers, and employee changes are accurately identified, recorded, and flagged to payroll within the required timescales.
  • Producing and maintaining reports and data outputs, ensuring a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ideally using Power BI to support reporting and data analysis.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration and/or HR data-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience using ADP.
  • Familiarity with an HR ticketing/case management system.
  • Experience supporting employee onboarding/new starters.
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate, analyse, reconcile, and present data confidently.
  • Experience taking ownership of ad-hoc data requests and delivering accurate outputs to tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling employee and payroll-related information.
  • Experience supporting or working closely with payroll, understanding the importance of accurately capturing starters, leavers, and employee changes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage competing priorities.
  • Confident working as part of a wider team.
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal training.
