Hays are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation operating within a regulated, service-led environment based in Okehampton, Devon, to recruit a Head of Finance on a permanent basis.
You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's financial direction, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring robust financial control.
As Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leadership to provide insight and drive performance.
- Leading and managing the day-to-day finance operations
- Producing timely and accurate management accounts and financial reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Providing detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and controls
- Partnering with operational teams to improve financial understanding across the business
Ideally fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), although strong QBE or part-qualified candidates will be considered.
Previous experience in a senior finance role (Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Head of Finance level).
Hybrid working - 1 day per week from home.
