A leading infrastructure contractor delivering major projects across the UK water and utilities sector is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Writer to support tender submissions across a growing pipeline of work.
As Bid Writer, you will play a key role in the preparation of high-quality, compelling submissions across frameworks and major projects. Working closely with operational, commercial, and technical teams, you will be responsible for translating complex information into clear, structured, and winning content. You will work on a regular but ad hoc basis in a flexible manner.
Key duties will include:
- Writing, editing, and reviewing tender responses (PQQs, ITTs, frameworks)
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather technical input
- Developing clear win themes and ensuring alignment across submissions
- Managing deadlines and coordinating contributions from multiple stakeholders
- Ensuring submissions are compliant, concise, and client-focused
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer within infrastructure, utilities, or construction
