Your new role
- Work with executives, directors, and heads of departments to capture organisational hierarchy for the new HR and Payroll solution.
- Analyse data sets, evaluate differences, and identify potential issues.
- Liaise closely with IT enterprise architecture and internal data teams to ensure data governance and data lineage.
- Establish data governance and ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data within the HR and Payroll solution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and data innovation.
- Prepare recommendations for organisational hierarchy and HR and Payroll master data structure design.
- Ensure effective communication during the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Ensure project deadlines related to data are met.
- Manage external relationships effectively and efficiently.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Prior experience in HR and Payroll enterprise solutions.
- Experience with Dayforce is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous corporate data design experience.
- HR and Payroll system experience.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and grammatical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
What you\'ll get in returnA contract role lasting up to six months, paying up to £500 per day with the role being Outside IR35. The role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working on offer.
