Your new role as a Data & Reporting Analyst involves taking ownership of a wide range of data processes, reporting tasks, and system improvements. This is a hands-on role combining data administration, reporting, and light technical work. You will be responsible for producing internal and external reports, resolving data quality issues, and supporting ongoing improvements to reporting systems and workflows. The position also involves working with APIs, testing system changes, and contributing to dashboard development and optimisation. The role requires someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where data accuracy and operational efficiency are critical.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Data Administrator role
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse data
  • Experience producing reports and working with operational or transactional data
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to ad-hoc requests

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools
  • Exposure to APIs or system integrations
  • Experience working in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments
  • Basic technical understanding of testing and system changes
