A well-established and fast-growing organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join its HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering both strategic hiring and high-volume recruitment within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As Recruitment Officer, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of roles, from back office functions to factory / production hiring. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure workforce demands are met efficiently while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV sifting to onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and direct channels
- Conducting interviews and supporting selection decisions
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns, including high-volume and seasonal hiring
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Supporting offer management and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across a range of roles
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment technologies
