Your new role
As a Cut and Crease Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, operating high-specification machinery to deliver precision-cut and creased materials. You will be responsible for:

• Operating Bobst 142 CER and 145 Mastercut machines to meet production specifications.
• Ensuring safe and efficient machine operation in line with health and safety standards.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality output.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Accurately record production data and material usage.

What you\’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years\’ experience operating Bobst 142 CER and 145 Mastercut machines.
• A strong understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with pre-make processes is advantageous.
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
• Physical stamina to manage manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with embossing, debossing, and braille is highly desirable.
