I am working with a client based in Normanton who are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join the team and play a key role in maintaining and expanding relationships with valued customers.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer needs and expectations are exceeded through a proactive and enthusiastic approach. You will manage a portfolio of customers, providing outstanding service and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email to provide excellent service.
- Meeting and exceeding business and department SLAs, including response times and quotations.
- Proactively upselling products and services to existing customers.
- Identifying new product opportunities outside contracted categories.
- Collaborating with internal category representatives to support business growth.
- Maintaining accurate databases of customer information and opportunities.
- Promoting relevant campaigns within a portfolio of accounts.
- Conducting trend and gap analysis using information systems.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Meeting monthly Sales & GP targets for the channel.
