Customer Service and Maintenance Advisor job – £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience – Wandsworth
Your New Company
An excellent opportunity is available to work for a small but friendly business close to Wandsworth for a Customer Service and Maintenance Assistant on a permanent contract. The organisation deals with remains and maintenance for an eco-friendly product and deals with the financing for those products. This opportunity offers a generous salary of £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience with hybrid working available, initially 1 day from home during probation and 2 days working from home after probation.
Your new role
Duties will include speaking to customers/homeowners over the phone and giving advice and support on contracts, occasionally dealing with complaints. You will log data using CRM and create site reports for engineers and technicians, so using Excel and having a high attention to detail is essential. You will process warranties, and liaise with 3rd parties to collate data whilst supporting the operations and maintenance team with planning/bookings and any other ad hoc duties. You will manage technician’s diaries and deal with queries via phone, emails and letter.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
In order to be successful, you must have good customer service experience within an office environment (non-retail), you will have some data entry experience and ideally, be adept at creating and running reports. Any experience working with engineers, subcontractors or technicians will be highly desirable as well as using CRM software. Also, desirable would be those with experience working in housing, Local Authority or Repairs/Maintenance within a back office function. You will be able to reach Wandsworth within an hour. Locations further than this will not be considered.
What You’ll Get In Return
In return, you will be offered a generous salary of between £28,000 – £35,000 plus an annual bonus with private medical insurance after probation. Standard hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm, but if you wish to finish early and take a shorter lunch, you can work have 9-5pm. Some flexible working may be possible and, initially, you will have 1 day working from home during probation and 2 days working from home after probation.
