I am working with a client in Bradford who are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls
- Providing outstanding customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Resolving customer enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (both in-office and remote)
