Your new role
You will be responsible for liaising with numerous suppliers, subcontractors and clients to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring service level agreements are met.

Repair and maintenance background desirable, not essential

Basic building maintenance knowledge desirable, not essential
Strong administrative skills
Ability to prioritise works and ensure works in progress are appointed efficiently
