Your new company
Based at our client\'s modern office, you will report to the Team Manager. You will be working as a part of the Operational Team, handling freight shipments for the healthcare sector. Ensuring all operational duties and functions are followed.
Your new role
This is a varied role, with the following daily duties:
Bookings - ensure the transport planning is completed, and the correct details are passed on to the relevant teams
Work closely with the planning teams to arrange group shipments
Load plan for customers
Book collections and deliveries
Book hauliers and ferries
Deal with customs and complete relevant paperwork
Attend customer meetings
Build relationships with the sales team
Deliver excellent customer service
Ensure compliance
Support audits
What you\'ll need to succeed
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work in a team
Competent at Word and Exel
Experience collaborating with customers
You will ideally have experience in dangerous goods, customs procedures, transport and logistics.
What you\'ll get in return
This is a full-time role - Monday to Friday.
8.45-5pm
Hybrid after training
£25-27k
