\n Ourclient based in Lanarkshire is looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join theirteam for Winter Gritting between October-March. Weekly standby rates & callout rates.

\n Your new role
\n
\n You'll be driving theWinter Gritters to treat roads during icy and snowy conditions. You'll followplanned routes and respond to call-outs when needed. Shifts include nights andweekends.
\n Main duties include:
\n
- \n
- Operating HGV Class 2 gritting vehicles
- Carrying out vehicle checks
- Completing basic paperwork
- Working flexibly across shifts

\n
\n
\n
What you'll need to succeed
\n
- \n
- Valid HGV Class 2/7.5 tonne licence
- CPC and Tachograph
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
What you'll get in return

- Call out rates: time and a half Mon-Sat, double time Sun
