CSCS Skilled Labourer

CSCS Skilled Labourer / Carpenter Skilled Labourer – IP7 Wattisham We are seeking a reliable and experienced CSCS Skilled Labourer who will have hands-on experience with a wide range of tools and power tools, and a strong eye for detail when it comes to snagging and finishing work. You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Performs general construction tasks including demolition, site preparation, and material handling. Carry out snagging and finishing work, identifying and correcting defects or incomplete work. Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised worksite.

Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly. Requirements: Proven experience as a skilled labourer or in a similar role in construction. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, grinders).

Strong knowledge of snagging processes and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical condition and stamina.
