Hays Recruitment is working with a number of well-established residential developers across the King's Lynn area. Due to increased holiday cover requirements, we are looking for reliable and experienced General Site Labourers to provide flexible cover across multiple busy housing developments.
Your new role
As a General Site Labourer, you will be supporting site teams across various residential housing sites as and when cover is required.
Duties may include:
- General labouring duties on active construction sites
- Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks
- Moving materials and equipment safely around site
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
- Site clearance and maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Supporting site management teams with general site requirements
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous experience working on construction or residential housing sites
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Strong work ethic and good timekeeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health and safety regulations
- Own transport is highly desirable due to travel between multiple site locations
