We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer specialising in Microsoft Dynamics. Operating in the Higher Education sector, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that enhance organisational processes or improve Applicant and Student experiences.

You will work closely with both internal technical teams and non-technical stakeholders across the University to understand HE requirements and deliver technical enhancements, fixes, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 platform. Your role will involve customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. You will also troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, maintain system documentation, and stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics technologies and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 tools: business rules, workflows, forms, Power Automate, dashboards.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in recruitment and admissions.
