Your new role

Joining the existing team, the successful candidate will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Proactively monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Performing regular account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Contacting clients regarding overdue payments through phone, email, and written communication
  • Producing aged debt reports and identifying key risk areas for escalation
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve invoice queries and disputes
  • Supporting credit checking processes and assisting with the setup of new customer accounts

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you'll bring proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable (AR) functions, alongside strong organisational and time management skills. Your ability to communicate clearly and negotiate effectively will be key, as will your proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
