3-month FTC – possibility of getting extended to a 12-month FTC

Reporting to the AR Manager, you will be working for a Central Government organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for debtor/customer accounts within a specific (alpha-range) section of the ledger.
- Ensure all outstanding debts within a specific (alpha-range) section of the ledger are collected and allocated.
- Manage customer accounts in accordance.
- Deal with all queries concerning allocated customer accounts, liaising with other Agency divisions as necessary.
- Ensure allocated accounts are clear and up to date.
- Ensure that other Agency systems reliant on Finance data are updated promptly.
- Carry out miscellaneous invoicing, if appropriate.

- Previous experience in a similar role.
