Credit Control Job based in Redhill (Hybrid)

One of our blue chip clients is looking to hire a Credit Controller for their team in Redhill.
Your new role
- Streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Keeping both internal teams and clients updated.
- Ensuring timely debt payments according to agreed terms.
- Generating necessary Debt Notes documentation for debts.
- Investigating and resolving credit-related issues.
- Addressing and resolving customer enquiries.
- Ensuring accurate coding within the system

What you’ll need to succeed
- Intermediate proficiency in essential software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Couple of years Credit Control experience
- ACICM Level 3 Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (preferred).
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Team players with a respectful and collaborative approach.
- Proven track record of meeting key objectives and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience of resolving complex issues.
What you’ll get in return
- Salary of £32,000 – £33,000 per annum with an 8% bonus in April. (only available if it starts in September)
