The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

An opportunity for a highly organised administrator to support both credit control and customs functions. This dual-role position involves financial administration and regulatory compliance tasks, with full training provided.

Contract: 12-month fixed term, 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Control:
    • Process and allocate customer payments
    • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
    • Set up and maintain customer accounts
    • Issue invoices, statements, and credit notes
    • Support accurate financial record-keeping
  • Customs Administration:
    • Manage goods movements in line with Northern Ireland requirements
    • Prepare and submit customs and safety declarations
    • Ensure compliance with documentation, licences, and authorisations
    • Maintain accurate records relating to imports

Key Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience in finance, credit control, or logistics/customs
  • Knowledge of compliance or regulatory processes
