Position: Credit Control Analyst / Specialist

Your new role

  • Analyse and manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables and minimise aged debt exposure.
  • Monitor payment trends and customer behaviour to identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on overdue accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and streamline the order-to-cash process.
  • Prepare and interpret aged debt reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve collection efficiency.
  • Reconcile complex accounts and ensure data accuracy across financial systems, supporting audit and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of credit control processes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • CICM qualification (or working towards) preferred.
  • Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.
  • Strong academic background in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools)
