Location: Burgess Hill, UK

Duties

In this role, working for a large global pharma company you are required to maintain the documentation architecture for the UK and IEs affiliate notifications issued to external customers. Effectively managing updates & revisions as required. Implement the marketing plan for customer notifications, in alignment with the department's strategy and our wider business goals. Ongoing assessment of volumes and types of affiliate notifications using available reporting tools ensuring oversight of product quality and safety for Roche stakeholders. Be recognised as the ‘subject matter expert’ for documentation and work closely with the customer experience/insights team to identify 'pain' and 'gain' points. Support, train and educate commercial and technical teams in sourcing and self-serving customer notification data and documents.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree and/or postgraduate degree in a Science subject - Biomedical Science preferred
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a highly complex, cross-functional environment and stay focused on critical goals and outcomes
  • Proven track record in writing customer facing technical communications

Desirable

  • Technical Writer qualification
  • Operational knowledge of the NHS/context of healthcare
  • Understanding of the laboratory diagnostics market
  • Experience of Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Google suite to intermediate level
  • Experience of CRM systems
