We’re supporting a world-renowned luxury automotive brand, synonymous with craftsmanship and excellence, in hiring an Employee Relations & Absence Specialist. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on driving effective absence management and delivering consistent, high-quality employee relations support across a complex, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading absence review meetings with managers and supporting consistent decision-making
  • Managing ER casework including disciplinary and capability processes
  • Using absence data, trends, and insights to identify hotspots and drive improvements
  • Working closely with Occupational Health to support return-to-work and reintegration
  • Partnering with HR, operational leaders, and union representatives to deliver fair outcomes
  • Supporting accident investigations and case resolution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in Employee Relations and absence management
  • Proven track record handling complex, sensitive casework end-to-end
  • Confident working with data and reporting (Excel/HR systems)
  • Experience in a unionised or highly structured environment (preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
