You will play a key role in identifying root causes, driving resolutions, and improving the performance and reliability of broadband devices deployed across a large customer base. Key Responsibilities Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues affecting CPE products and broadband services. Perform detailed technical analysis and root cause investigations. Support broadband devices deployed within customer environments. Collaborate with engineering, development, and support teams to resolve technical issues. Manage defects, incidents, and investigations using Jira. Work closely with development teams through GitHub to review findings and support fixes.
