What you will need to succeed:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in primary settings, ideally with confidence in Year 3 or across KS2.
- Strong behaviour management and the ability to build rapport quickly with new classes.
- Secure curriculum knowledge and the confidence to deliver high-quality lessons, even with limited preparation time.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach when working with different schools and teams.
