About the Role

A specialist further education setting in Coventry is seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support learners with a wide range of additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people develop independence, communication skills, and confidence in a supportive, inclusive environment. You'll be working with learners aged 16-25 who have diverse needs, including physical disabilities, autism, communication challenges, and complex learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support across vocational and academic sessions
