We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist setting supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position, starting in September 2026, with the chance to become a permanent member of a supportive and rewarding educational environment.
As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a recruitment day at the start of July 2026, which will include an interview and classroom-based activities to give you a feel for the role and environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
- Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Support students with communication, behaviour and personal development
- Encourage independence, confidence and life skills
- Help maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Experience supporting individuals with SEN (e.g. ASD, SEMH, PMLD, MLD)
- Passionate about making a difference in education
