A nationally recognised AJ100 Chartered Architectural Practice, with offices across England, is seeking a Job-Running Architect or Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. The practice works across a diverse portfolio of commercial, mixed-use, logistics and large-scale developments and is well regarded for its technical excellence, collaborative culture and commitment to staff development.

As a Job-Running Architect / Architectural Technologist, you will take responsibility for delivering projects from early stages through to completion. Working closely with senior leadership and wider project teams, you will be accountable for both technical delivery and day-to-day project coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Running projects independently across multiple RIBA stages
- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
- Producing and managing high-quality technical drawings and documentation using Revit
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, contractors and consultants
- Attending and conducting site visits, representing the practice professionally
- Reviewing and coordinating technical information to ensure compliance with UK regulations and best practice
- Managing programme, quality and technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle
This role suits someone confident in taking ownership, driving projects forward and coordinating stakeholders effectively.
Proven experience job-running projects within a UK-based architectural practice, strong proficiency in Revit, degree-qualified Architectural Technologist or registered/qualified Architect, background delivering commercial or complex projects, minimum 2 years' UK experience in a similar project-running role, excellent communication, coordination and immunocompetent skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential.
Competitive salary dependent on experience, 34 days annual leave (including bank holidays), company pension scheme, annual performance bonuses, monthly performance and development reviews, free on-site parking, flexible working hours, up to 2 days working from home per week, and clear opportunities for long-term progression within a major AJ100 practice are offered.
