The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 Β£ per year.

In your new role as a Site Supervisor, you will play a key part in delivering security and digital infrastructure projects, supporting site operations and ensuring high standards of safety, quality and performance.
You will:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Maintain accurate site records including diaries, permits and quality documentation
- Lead inductions, toolbox talks and site safety briefings
- Ensure RAMS, COSHH assessments and permits are in place and adhered to
- Assist with planning, programming and overall project delivery
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications
- Contribute to site meetings and wider project communication
- Support site setup and pre-construction activities
- Promote a positive, safe and inclusive working environment
What you'll need to succeed:
- Have experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within construction or civil engineering
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety on site
- Be confident managing subcontractors and site teams
- Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Hold SMSTS or SSSTS (or equivalent)
- Hold a valid CSCS card
