Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality financial analysis and support to Business Partners
- Prepare monthly Performance Monitor reports, month‑end flash results, and coordinate budgets and forecasts.
- Communicate financial performance clearly, including impacts on future forecasts
- Support a range of business projects, including new scheme development and performance monitoring of existing schemes
- Utilise internal and external data to generate insights that drive improved performance
- Previous experience within a Housing Association or Local Authority
- Strong understanding of housing development projects
- Ability to produce timely, high‑quality financial insights
