Your new company We are working with a utilities company based in St Austell.

This role is fully on site every day full time for 2 months likely to be extended.

Pay is £13.45 per hour.

Your new role Undertake Planning duties for New Connection surveys and connections as required to a competent level without errors.

Ensure relevant records are updated and maintained in a timely manner.

Contribute to the continual improvement of job resolution throughout the process, by maintaining consistency and championing Undertake affective liaison with internal, third party and client departments with all aspects of New Connections planning, e. g., Customer Service and Operations.

Undertake all planning, customer communication and data input for inspections to the required standard.

Undertake the data input and information to the client for all Pre-connection inspections to the required standard.

Fully competent in all areas of streetworks permits in regards to connection planning and to be able to plan effectively from survey.

To maintain all data input into client portal in a timely and accurate manner.

What you'll need to succeed Experience in New Connections planning (potable water) Ability to deal effectively with planning issues and be able to resolve problems, think outside the box and be proactive.

To be able to guide and advise surveyors in depots.

To be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Be proactive and take ownership, Committed and reliable Flexible as some out of hours work maybe required.
